We operate a reporting portal in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). We use a service provided by bbg bitbase group GmbH, Am Heilbrunnen 47, 72766 Reutlingen. We treat reports according to § 8 HinSchG as fundamentally confidential.

The reporting portal for the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) aims to check and document reports for internal investigation and potentially pass them on to entitled bodies to eliminate unlawful conditions as per § 2 HinSchG within the company.

Whistleblowers have the option to register on our website for the use of the whistleblower portal
. For registration, log in, and contact, we process data that the
internet browser automatically transmits, as well as personal data that you may provide as a whistleblower: access data, if applicable, salutation (if provided), if applicable, first name and surname (if provided), if applicable, contact details (email address, phone number or postal address, if provided), if applicable, personal data in the report, especially behavioural violations with corresponding facts.

You have the option to register anonymously. In doing so, you will receive a unique identification code that grants you access to a secure data protection space. Here you can submit your report.

No information will be passed on to third parties outside your company without your consent, unless it is
required by legal provisions or orders such as § 9 HinSchG. In that case, data may be shared with investigative authorities or courts. The legal basis for data processing under HinSchG is the statutory obligation under Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a c) GDPR in conjunction with § 12 HinSchG.

If you provide particularly sensitive data such as information about your health, sexuality, origin, or criminal acts, Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR must also be considered. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

This is usually the case after three years as per § 11 HinSchG. Other storage obligations arising from contractual relationships and processes to fulfil contractual or legal obligations, such as six or ten-year retention obligations as per commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
